**Job Summary**

Are you energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about making spaces shine? We’re looking for dedicated Experienced Residential Cleaner to join our vibrant team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our clients' luxury homes and facilities, ensuring a spotless and sanitary environment.

A reliable vehicle is required for traveling to and from cleaning jobs, as public transit won't suffice due to the need to carpool with teammates and transport supplies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Master the use of various cleaning supplies and materials.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming with precision.
- Maintain the appearance of homes with regular maintenance tasks.
- Use power and hand tools for detailed cleaning and upkeep.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Execute cleaning tasks to our high company standards.
- Handle lifting and moving of equipment or furniture as needed.

**Additional Requirements**
- **Subcontractor Role**: You’ll have the flexibility to choose your working hours and schedule.
- **Background Check**: Required for client peace of mind.
- **Driving License**: Required, as well as a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- **Language Requirement**: English (preferred); French not required.
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

Our pay structure ranges between $200 to $2,500 or more per month, depending on how many contracts you take and the value of each contract.

**MUST HAVE QUALITIES**:

- Must be a registered company
- Must have or willing to get liability insurance and WCB
- With a group of people who do an amazing job when it comes to cleaning establishments
- With at least 3 years of experience in the actual cleaning
- Need to have a vehicle
- Need to have own cleaning equipment
- Willing to start immediately

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
