**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-tier cleaning services to residential clients.
- Manage your own schedule effectively to accommodate client needs.
- Develop and nurture your client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

**Must have**:

- **Must own cleaning supplies and equipment** (vacuum, mop, etc.).
- Demonstrated reliability and dedication to quality service.
- Capability to work independently and manage your own work.
- Must have a personal vehicle for traveling to various job locations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential cleaning is essential to this position
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary

**Salary**: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
