**Qualifications**:
- **Passion for Aviation**: A genuine enthusiasm for the aviation industry.
- **Commercial Pilot Status**: Posses (or will have completed a CPL prior to May 31, 2024) Transport Canada Commercial Fixed Wing Pilots Licence.
- **Residency**: Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
- **Commitment to the Alberta Aviation Industry, as an Aviation Skills Grant participant**: Required to remain employed as a flight instructor in Alberta for (one) year.
