This is a full-time position that will evolve as duty requirements will change from pre-opening planning and organizing to post-opening development and execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Support staff training, mentorship, and development to promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolution-oriented approach.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold food and beverage quality standards.
- Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff members.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing initiatives to promote Sidebar Grill.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
