The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a small team of material handlers and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities ensuring the accuracy and completeness of shipments. In charge of managing the inventory and ensuring 100% accuracy in the system.

**Reporting Departments**: Operations

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and complete regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and ensure inbound receiving is accurate and reflective in the system.
- Conducting regular DART audits communicating issues and findings in a timely manner.
- Inspecting shipping and receiving documents, confirming accuracy and system is updated.
- Managing RM’s into and out of Production, keeping Production up to date and accurate.
- Requesting timely adjustments on inventory if discrepancies are found. Investigating and finding root cause of inventory discrepancies.
- Entering data into the computer system and generating reports.
- Assisting team members from time to time with counting and reconciliation.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in warehousing and inventory control.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience is required

**Job Type**:

- Full Time
- Permanent

**Schedule**:

- 8 hours
- Day/Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
- Possible Overtime
