Automotive dispatcher/ tower operator required for busy auto dealership must have the follow attributes

Control the flow of work orders written by Service Advisors, ensuring that tasks are distributed efficiently

Is responsible for maximizing shop workflow by assigning work fairly and evenly to techs based on skill set

Prioritize the daily work flow on the fly as required

A solid understanding of automotive dealership industry, a solid understanding of OE warranties, policies and process.

A dispatcher must collaborate with the whole fixed operations team by having clear communication with Service manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors and Parts to ensure customer needs and expectations are met

The dispatcher plays a vital role in maintaining shop productivity by efficiently allocating tasks and managing technician schedules

Must possess the ability for clear communication with verbal, digital and phone skill set

**Salary**: $15.15-$31.38 per hour
