**Position Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily industrial operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of industrial workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
- Ensure efficient use of resources, such as equipment, materials, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor employees on proper industrial techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs and maintenance as required.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of industrial projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards, operational inefficiencies, or quality issues, taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including production reports, incident reports, and employee records.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations to implement best practices and ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical qualifications are advantageous.
- Proven experience in an industrial supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Possession of a valid DZ license is an asset.
- Experience with operating and maintaining vac trucks is an asset.
- Familiarity with high pressure water blasting techniques and equipment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
