**About this position**:
**We are looking for someone with**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities and ability to make timely decisions
- Demonstrated experience in field work in Water Resources, which may include any of - hydrology, hydrogeology, contaminated site assessments, reclamation experience
- Proven record of crew lead experience related to water resources or environmental science
- Experience with surface water and /or groundwater quality monitoring and sampling
- Ability to manage field documentation, analyze data and reporting experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and exceptional time management skills
- Willingness to foster a professional, productive, and growth-minded work environment
- Able to simultaneously organize and manage tight timelines and multiple priorities
- Able to travel for field work in remote locations and/or between our offices

**Job requirements includes**:

- A passion for your career, and willingness to be part of a dynamic team
- Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, geography, water engineering or related discipline(s). A technical diploma with equivalent experience will also be considered
- Registration or eligibility for professional registration (e.g. R.P. Bio, P. Geo, P. Eng or other relevant professional designation to act as a Qualified Professional.)
- 3-5 years water resources or applicable environmental science experience, including field experience.
- Experience with stream flow measurements, datalogger and meteorology station maintenance and installation of hydrometric stations are considered an asset
- Experience with R/R-studio is considered an asset
- Participating proactively in EDI’s health and safety program
- Class 5 driver’s license
