Reporting to the Operations Manager, **QA Operation Assistant** will work closely with the Operations Specialist to provide support to R&D, Quality, Sales and Operations teams.
- Provide support to the QA team
- Sampling, inspecting, testing finished product, physical & sensory evaluation,
weight control checks, MD checks, label, coding, etc.
- Supports plant trials through sample collection, testing monitoring and documenting results, ensuring products are produced and packed to specifications.
- Utilize plant trial notification & sales requisition to prepare customer samples for shipment, assist client needs evaluation, sensory questionnaire, data entry, and results analysis.
- Establish detailed product quality documentation to support the scale up of formulations developed
- Performs inspections for all new product launches and trials, documenting all findings and reporting to R&D.
- Replenish retention samples for new product launches, plant trials, 1st QA samples, etc., and coordinates product releases
- Prepare and send out FEDEX shipments ensuring orders are finished & shipped according to customer requirements, prepare product sampling for outside testing, organizes product returns from the retail stores and warehouse
- Assist in managing customer feedback by tracking, trending samples and reporting to the appropriate Sales and R&D in a timely matter
- Assist with product hold inventory management according to customer requirements
- Assist in production related projects, tracking productivity targets, data entry of production reports
- Assists with record retention for new product launches and existing skus
- Work closely with cross functional departments; shipping, packaging, maintenance, QA, R&D, Sales, Production
- Perform general office duties and administrative functions such as:

- File, print forms, scan documents, and order supplies as required
- Verify paperwork, archive documents, and data entry
- Printing labels and generating forms
- Supports the teams in other day-to-day administration and projects as needed.
- Supports the maintenance and execution of the plant's food safety and quality management systems

**Day shift**: 7am to 3:30pm

- Attention to detail, good social and communicative skills, basic computer literacy skills in MS Office.
- Must be in good physical condition to lift, carry and stand for long period of times
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, while ensuring personal safety as well as the safety of others.
