**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain first in/first out process for all storage rooms
- Deliver all lounge food/beverage requests on time and as per order placed
- Work with culinary team to understand how/where each food item has to be stored
- Update the inventory list on daily basis to ensure correct ordering
- Monitor food temperature, rotation of stock items, maintain cleanliness and par stock levels in all storage areas
- Help F&B team with inventory when required on a weekly & monthly basis
- Delivery of F&B cutlery, crockery and glass ware to all lounges
- Cleaning of kitchen hood, grease interceptor, kitchen refrigerator in all lounges
- Work as lounge maintenance and maintenance person whenever required.

- Ability to prioritize and problem solving ability
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to lift up 50lbs baggage
- **COVID-19 related requirements**: Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine recognized by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
