**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
- Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
- Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
- Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
- Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
- Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
- Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.
- Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

**What does it take to get on track?**
- Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset
- Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
- Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services
- ** A valid driver's license is a must**. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
- Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
- A team player who takes pride in their work
