**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day to day warehouse operations.

2. Oversee receiving, put away, pick/pack, and shipping.

3. Manage space to the maximum efficiency, and to maximize capacity.

4. Ensures that orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner.

5. Control inbound and outbound shipping activity.

6. Utilize systems and software to track shipments, update inventory, and generate reports, if needed.

7. Develop and implement shipping procedures and policies to optimize productivity and minimize errors.

8. Maintain a strong floor presence.

9. Provide appropriate orientation for employees and Lead Hands and give them the information, technology, and any material necessary to perform their jobs.

10. Responsible for warehouse staff planning.

11. Responsible for implementation of health & safety and security initiatives, practices and behaviors and adherence to company rules and policies.

12. Implements proper execution of standard operating procedures (SOP’s) within the work group.

13. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all shipping activities.

14. knowledge, awareness, and skills for warehouse related equipment.

Warehouse - Production area supervision:
1. Be flexible, capable, and willing to oversee Production assembly area in the warehouse.

2. Be proactive in identifying production needs.

3. Oversee and supervise the production and machine operators.

4. Be able to manage the workflow and urgency according to the assigned Purchase orders.

5. Collaborate with the production team leads to develop detailed production plans for active orders, assigning work and shipping dates.

6. Able to work with mechanics to ensure requests are met, if needed.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with databases.
- Work with an ERP/WMS system.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Have management/leadership experience in Warehouse operations, logistics, production assembly or similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Trains Team-leads in the proper execution of standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Implements and ensures they follow and verifies the accuracy and completeness of all records/documentation activities within the work area.
- Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
- Compensation: $49,000 - $54,000 per year depending on relevant skills and experience
- Job Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
- Hours of work: 8:30am - 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.

- Paid Vacation: 10 days + a few additional days during Christmas / New Year
