We are looking for
As the Continuous Improvement leader within a newly created team in Network and Technology Services, you will be responsible for process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives in a highly emerging software delivery environment. You will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology to support our business transformation from traditional waterfall based into Agile.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To establish daily operational standard to identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
- Coach key business stakeholders and ‘LEAN champions’, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change
- To lead and facilitate process improvement workshops to drive ideas and solutions with the objectives to support LEAN principles adoption to teams
- To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
- To take ownership in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement strategy and best practices
- To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery
