TEHORA is currently looking for a Business Analyst with excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to use his skills within a versatile team.

**Description of work or deliverables**:

- Develop various studies and opportunity analyzes for any mandate or business project by involving the main stakeholders (managers, users, information resources, etc.);
- Model, document and validate current processes with users and make sure to fully understand new needs in order to identify the nature of the changes and thus propose appropriate solutions;
- Optimize business processes or design new ones, validate them, implement them and follow up with users and competent authorities;
- Represent users in the development, improvement and maintenance of business solutions and, to this end, identify and communicate the problems, business needs and constraints of users and managers

to the project managers;
- With a view to continuous improvement, carry out diagnostics on certain services or business lines in order to correct certain existing problems and improve productivity;
- Participate in the assessment of the impact of projects on the organization's processes (in terms of risks, impacts and benefits);
- Validate design documents and functional files;
- Participate in the preparation and performance of acceptance tests for new solutions, including the development of test specifications;
- Write the documentation of procedures, reminders and various work tools distributed to staff;
- Participate in the implementation of the deployment, communication and change management strategy targeted by the projects and, in particular, collaborate in staff training activities related to the implementation of new solutions;
- Support users during the running-in phase of the solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Have completed at least ninety (90) university credits in a field relevant to the responsibilities of the profile;
OR

To compensate for a deficit of credits required above, the accumulation of two (2) months of relevant experience per missing credit, in addition to the years of experience already required for this profile, will be accepted;
- Cumulate five (5) years of experience in information technology;
- Have actively contributed to at least two (2) mandates within projects of a minimum scope of 1,000 person-days, in which she took charge of all aspects of business analysis, i.e. gathering needs, the drafting of preliminary studies,

business files, opportunity studies, test quotes, etc. ;
- Demonstrate that the resource has knowledge of a process modeling language such as BPMN (Business Process Management Notation).
