Come Grow with Us Forsite is actively looking for an **Accounts Receivable Assistant** who is willing to learn, has strong attention to detail, and is able to take direction. This position is a 100% office-based role, located in **Salmon Arm, BC.**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will provide support to the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

- Customer payments;
- Processing timesheets;
- Invoicing;
- Accurate and timely data entry;
- Filing;
- Assisting with phone support; and
- Other duties as required.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- A safety conscious attitude;
- Strong administrative skills;
- Post-secondary education in bookkeeping an asset;
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Able to perform quick and accurate data entry;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers;
- The ability to relate to a variety of people and work in a team environment.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $18-$22 per hour at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training.
