Responsabilités

Sous la responsabilité du superviseur aux comptes recevables, le titulaire du poste vient en aide aux agents aux comptes recevables en effectuant les tâches inhérentes à la gestion des comptes à recevoir tout en assurant un suivi auprès des clients.
- Bâtir et générer des rapports d'analyse des comptes à recevoir.
- Collaborer avec les gens du service à la clientèle, des opérations et de la facturation pour éclaircir les situations problématiques.
- Donner les autorisations de crédit (expéditions) et /ou bloquer les comptes basés sur l'historique de paiement et le solde au compte vs la limite de crédit autorisée.
- Participer à l'amélioration le processus d'encaissement.
- Effectuer la collection des comptes recevables et suivre la perception des créances mises en collections. Être le lien entre clients et service opérationnels.
- Assister le superviseur des recevables dans ses tâches journalières.
- Autres tâches assignées par le immédiat.

**Requirements**:
Éducation et Qualifications
- Étudiant en Comptabilité
- Expérience en Recevables (Un atout)
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et proactif
- Capacité à gérer son propre temps et sa charge de travail afin de répondre aux attentes internes et externes
- Expérience dans une entreprise de logistique (un atout)
- Doit maîtriser tous les domaines de la suite Microsoft Office
- Excellentes compétences en communication, bilingue Anglais et Français (écrite et verbale)
- Bonne compétences interpersonnelles et de travail d'équipe requises
