**Coordinator, Corporate Access**
**Job Overview**
The role is responsible for managing strategic execution of corporate marketing roadshows, both virtual and in-person. This will also include projects, client events, conference support and the facilitation of client and corporate interaction, on a non-deal basis. The incumbent will work across multiple business lines, including internal and external business partners. This is a hybrid role where the incumbent will be required to work from the Toronto office twice a week. Bonus is paid on a bi-annually.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Coordination and execution of all corporate access events where required, including deal and non-deal roadshows, sales desk updates, bespoke roadshows and other events
- Manage Outlook calendar invites for all non-deal roadshows
- Act as a central point of contact between Research, Investment Banking and Sales
- Develop and maintain client profiles within CRM
- Create and distribute invitations for retail marketing events
- Manage global supplier relationships for car companies, hotel and logistic ensuring consistency of quality and execution in a cost-effective manner.
- Produce summary feedback reports for all marketing roadshows and events
- Maintain centralized database of all marketing documentation for marketing team
- Available in providing service and support to clients during live marketing/roadshow events
- Conference planning: book 1x1 investor meetings and communicate schedules
- Collect and populate conference portal with company profiles and speaker bios
- Back up (as required) to VP Corporate Access
- Respond to inquiries from clients or members of the business community in a professional manner and determine acceptable solutions
**Qualifications**
- Illustrated excellence in planning and execution
- Strong communicator, independent and proactive
- Experience working with conference planning software such as: MeetMax, Cvent, Dealogic or similar
- Strong client servicing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong PC Skills (Office with high level Excel skills, PowerPoint), data analytics experience, and experience with a CRM system, specifically Salesforce or Tier1
- Ability to manage confidential materials in an appropriate manner
- Team player
- Enjoy working closely with a diverse range of clients both internal and external
- Post-Secondary Education
- 5+ years of corporate access, roadshow coordination or sales support working experience
- Background in equities and/or marketing industry a plus
- CIRI qualifications are a plus

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
