**The Opportunity**
Thinkingbox is on the lookout for an intermediate level IT Technician to join our award winning team in Vancouver We’re looking for an experienced IT Technician that can provide top-notch support from our Vancouver office Working closely with our IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support on both hardware and software requests, liaise with various departments for internal requests and provide remote support to other Thinkingbox offices if required
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software requests
- Respond to internal requests, managing impact and priorities
- Basic laptop support (troubleshoot/repair/replace)
- Perform server upgrades / support
- Administer and maintain computer networks
- Implement and migrate servers and network infrastructures
- Document all interventions and updates of information in our systems
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT equipment and assets
- Take charge of various ad hoc IT projects
- Provide remote support to other Thinkingbox offices if required
- Other duties may be assigned
**What You'll Bring**:
- 3+ years experience in a similar position
- Experience in technical support of Mac environments
- Strong knowledge of G-Suite
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support
- Experience with inventory systems and technical documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of organization and priorities
- Highest concern for the quality of customer service
- Eye for design in physical office space
