**Job Posting Information**:
The Supervisor, Integrated Cancer Screening and Health Promotion is responsible for supporting the Integrated Cancer Screening team at the Champlain Regional Cancer Program by providing leadership, direction and supervision for the day-to-day operations of the Integrated Cancer Screening team, supervising and providing support to regional cancer screening centre staff, managing and evaluating client/patient care in accordance with The Ottawa Hospital, Champlain Regional Cancer Program and Ontario Health policies, and overseeing data reporting to Ontario Health on the Cancer Screening programs.

In addition, the Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating health promotion, engagement and outreach activities, projects, and programs for the purpose of increasing cancer screening rates for the four (4) official cancer screening programs in Ontario (lung, colorectal, cervical and breast). This role leverages regional and provincial data to support engagement activities and increase uptake of cancer screening for targeted populations, in collaboration with regional partners (screening sites, providers, community health centres, Ontario Health Teams, etc.). The Supervisor supports education and knowledge uptake of primary care providers on cancer screening policies, procedures, and updates, as well as supports recruitment and retention of eligible cancer screening participants.

**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Three (3) year Undergraduate Degree in a Health Related, or Administrative Discipline;
- Five (5) years leadership experience in Health Care, Government, etc.;
- Previous Health Care experience;
- Excellent knowledge and experience with team leadership/ management;
- Computer skills essential (Microsoft 365 suite);
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills;
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and evaluate health promotion activities;
- Understanding and knowledge of cancer screening;
- Working knowledge of the media and public relations is essential;
- Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to travel (may be required to work evenings and weekends);
- Previous work/experience with ethnically diverse and under-served groups is essential;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Expert written and spoken communication skills with a variety of stakeholders;
- Ability to respond to a large number of simultaneous demands from staff, physicians, regional partners, etc.;
- Proven ability to work effectively with all members of the health care team (staff, physicians, regional partners);
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Four (4) year Undergraduate Degree or Master’s Degree.
