The new Moving2Canada offers a dynamic, personalized user experience behind the login so that our community can understand and design their own journey to success in Canada, affordably and with confidence. This is a disruptive product in an industry in need of disruption.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Assisting the Director of Partnerships in setting up and managing campaigns and affiliate partnerships.
- Identifying, creating, and implementing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
- Analyzing data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions.
- Communicating with partners regularly to ensure the success of partnerships and continued growth of the account.
- Internal communication to team members regarding partnership deliverables, primarily through Project Management software (Asana) but also through recurring calls, kick-off meetings, and more.
- Forecasting the future use of digital inventory, including advertising inventory.
- Preparing invoices and ensuring payments are received on time.
- Exploring new opportunities by vertical and brand, and submitting recommendations to senior management.
- Submitting product recommendations to the Product Manager, based on interactions with partners and broader analysis of digital newcomer marketing.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to make logical and compelling arguments.
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets and data crunching, from analyzing datasets through to delivering insights.
- Advanced analytics skills with digital measurements.
- Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and work quickly under tight deadlines, to pivot readily and react to real-time data.
- Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
- Ability to tell a story with the data.
- A passion for the newcomer journey.

**Bonus points**
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience working with Google Ad Manager and other G-suite business platforms.
- Copywriting and editing skills.
- Account executive experience (e.g. managing paying clients or customers or members).
- Digital media experience on the buy
- or sell-side, or both.
- You are a newcomer to Canada, or have experienced living in a different country.
- You point to clear, quantifiable achievements in your resume.
- A technical mindset — you have a passion for technology and habitually follow the latest trends.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
