**Lab Support Coordinator - 1 Year Contract**

We are seeking a **Lab Support Coordinator** that will be working under the supervision of the QC supervisor and are primarily responsible performing a variety of clerical duties for technical quality control support staff like reagent control, order purchasing, and external testing sample shipping.

**Requirements**:

- Chemical Laboratory Technology Diploma or equivalent in science
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a laboratory setting and office experience preferably a pharmaceutical company.
- Must be willing and able to work in a structured work environment with regard to safety and consistent conformance to standard operating procedures and workplace practices.
- Demonstrated good documentation skills.
- Details oriented and be active leaner.
- Excellent at computer literacy such as Excel, Word, Acrobat
- Excellent reporting skills and ability to analyze and problem solve.
- Understanding of GMP practice
- Good understanding of basic chemistry and experience with common laboratory equipment and operation.
- Awareness of quality and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).

**This position will be responsible for a wide range of administrative support functions for the Analytical Department. This will include**:

- Perform reagent management (receiving, labeling, logging, maintenance, reconciliation).
- Verify that all incoming reagents comply with in-house methodology and SOPs.
- To identify and notify the QC team of any non-conformance related to reagents integrity.
- Order QC department supplies (reagent, column, other supporting items) as required.
- To perform supporting administrative as needed
