The Strive **Partner Success **Manager** will be a key member within the Partner Success team and will work in close partnership with various stakeholders across the organization including but not limited to Product, Engineers, Release Management, Technical PM's, QA, and extended teams to deliver on and exceed partner expectations. This is a critical role that will be responsible for developing high trust relationships with our growing list of partners. This role will require a deep understanding of customers' business objectives and 3rd party integrations to ensure specific use cases deliver on partner needs to continually grow revenue and help us achieve shared success.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Leading and managing partner accounts as it relates to platform and operational priorities and work with internal stakeholders to prioritize and deliver partner backlog
- Coordinating bi-annual / quarterly business reviews to assess business achievements, performance, objectives, and future roadmap with a focus on business development and overall partner satisfaction
- Developing strong working relationships with partners to understand business objectives, identify business development opportunities and/or needs for the platform and inform product roadmap
- Providing initial product and informational support for customers escalating all bugs/issues to the relevant internal channels to get resolved in a timely manner.
- Working across departments to develop and/or refine scalable processes in support of efficient partner management identifying cross functional opportunities for continuous collaboration and improvements
- Supporting partner onboarding requirements and develop relevant documentation based on partner needs
- Helping create a community of excited and referenceable customers who want to connect and share best practices.
- Proactively keep up to date with industry trends and share learnings and trends with broader Strive Gaming team
**What you will need to know**:
- 3+ years experience of IT and project/program/product management experience, working on software development projects
- Experience with B2B Platforms a huge plus
- iGaming and or Sports Bettting industry experience is beneficial
- Experience using Rally/JIRA agile delivery management platform
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or information technology
- Strong knowledge of Software Development LifeCycle, Agile methodologies, SAFe
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, especially pipelines with many environments
- Ability to legally work in Canada
- International Travel may be required for this role
