**About the Role**:

**What You'll Bring***:

- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- Skilled in executing on an end-to-end recruitment process in technology companies
- Skilled in capturing and using TA data points to make analytical recruiting decisions
- Experience collaborating with Hiring Manager stakeholders to meet high standards

- Recruit for professional roles that create measurable business impact
- Work with multiple stakeholders establishing high-quality partnerships
- Demonstrate high process discipline and the leveraging of TA analytics
- Hold yourself accountable for results demonstrating a drive to succeed

During the process we will begin by exploring the core factors regarding salary and location along with core experience and skills and values alignment.
