Description du poste

L’analyste, membre de l'équipe agile s’aligne avec les stratégies convenues pour coordonner la rédaction des récits et priorise le carnet de commande de l’équipe (_backlog_) en concordance avec les priorités du portefeuille de produits.
- Soutenir et communiquer la vision et atteindre les objectifs d'affaires du portefeuille de produits ;
- Participer à la planification des activités de l'équipe (ex. mêlée quotidienne, rétrospective, affinage du carnet de commandes (backlog), rencontres de coordination multi-équipes, etc.)
- Faire évoluer en continu les produits selon les recommandations de l’équipe et des architectes, en conformité avec les différentes gouvernances de l’entreprise ;
- Examiner et contribuer à la feuille de route du portefeuille de produits ;
- Collaborer à l'affinage du carnet de commandes (backlog) des épopées du portefeuille de produits ;
- Collaborer à la livraison des épopées qui concernent plusieurs équipes agiles ;
- Mener l'affinage des récits avec l'équipe ;
- Inclure des récits de facilitation (non-fonctionnels, visant à soutenir l’évolution du produit) dans le carnet de commandes (backlog) pour soutenir l'évolution et la pérennité du produit ;
- Maintenir à jour la documentation du produit (ex : parcours utilisateurs, fonctionnalités, notes de publication) ;
- Planifier les déploiements et publications des produits.

**Qualifications**:

- BAC en informatique ou combinaison de formation et d’expérience équivalente ;
- Possède un minimum de 5 années d’expérience en informatique et/ou en analyse d’affaires ;
- Possède des connaissances en télécommunications, notamment sur les processus d’affaires de ventes, de prise de commandes, activation, facturation, assurance du service, usage, etc. ;
- Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit et l’anglais, parlé et écrit ;
- Expérience de travail démontrée en mode agile ;
- Maîtrise des logiciels Atlassian (dont Jira, Confluence, Tempo) et Office ;
- Certification pertinente SAFe (atout) ;
- Connaissance des systèmes de Vidéotron : Etiya, i2i, Clic, SGA, Remedy, SAP, Genesys, Drupal, etc. (atout).
