**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the overall security of the works
- Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of security management for the Works, including Security Risk Assessment, CPTED (crime prevention through environmental design) and other threat and vulnerability assessments.
- Be the project’s contact for all communications with the Contracting Authority, the Chief Security Officers, other projects’ System Security Officers, law enforcement and emergency response agencies, and others on security matters related to the Works.
- Support the Chief Security Officer in the overall security certification of the project as agreed in the SSSIC (System Safety and Security Interface Committee).

**Valued skills and experience**
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Substantial experience in risk management, information security, or incident response
- Experience implementing a cybersecurity and compliance program in an engineering organization.
- Experience building and leading a cross functional cybersecurity and compliance team.
- Proven ability to define, implement and measure effective incident response playbooks and a cybersecurity culture program.
- Knowledge of information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST
- Knowledge of international privacy laws and financial reporting requirements

**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- TORONTO, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
