**Job description**:
**Responsabilités**
- Superviser les activités critiques quotidiennes, y compris la coordination de la connectivité des nouveaux clients et des services extranet.
- Gérer les abonnements clients et installer de nouveaux services de données de marché.
- Coordonner et installer la connectivité pour les nouveaux clients des données de marché, ainsi que l'intégration de clients tiers et les services de trading électronique.
- Livrer des projets d’entreprise transversaux de taille moyenne à grande en conformité avec les normes de gestion de projet définies.
- Participer à et faciliter les discussions entre propriétaires d’entreprise, parties prenantes et spécialistes IT.
- Documenter les exigences des projets, les changements de périmètre et les hypothèses pour garantir des dossiers complets.
- Planifier, gérer et surveiller les risques tout en escaladant les problèmes impactant les délais de livraison.
- Regrouper les métriques de succès, suivre les progrès et fournir des mises à jour cohérentes aux parties prenantes.
- Assurer un reporting précis des risques, dépendances et écarts dans tous les forums de gouvernance.
- Gérer l’intégration des systèmes dans le cadre des fusions et acquisitions.
- Travailler les soirs et week-ends si nécessaire pour garantir la finalisation des projets après les heures de marché.

**Profil**
- **Compétences Clés**:

- 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets technologiques.
- Expérience dans le secteur des services financiers, avec expertise en données de marché en temps réel et en technologies à faible latence.
- Connaissance des environnements de données de marché et des bourses (NYSE, Nasdaq, BATS, etc.).
- Familiarité avec la topologie des réseaux informatiques, les fournisseurs de données B2B (ex. : BT et TNS) et les infrastructures IT/réseaux.
- Expérience avec des outils de gestion des workflows (ex. : Jira) et ServiceNow.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio et Teams.
- Compétences organisationnelles, attention aux détails et gestion du temps irréprochables.
- Capacité avérée à diriger et influencer des équipes transversales dans des environnements à forte demande.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de présenter à la direction.
- **Qualifications**:

- Diplôme BS/BA requis.
- Certifications PMP et CCNA appréciées.
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet ou de produit dans les domaines de la finance et de la technologie.
- Expérience dans les groupes orientés client, les équipes de données de marché et les bourses.
- Familiarité avec les technologies à faible latence, la gestion de patrimoine, les desks de trading et les projets liés aux fusions/acquisitions.**English**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee critical day-to-day activities, including new client connectivity and extranet services coordination.
- Manage client subscriptions and install new market data services.
- Coordinate and install new market data client connectivity, as well as 3rd-party client onboarding and electronic trading services.
- Deliver medium to large cross-functional enterprise projects in compliance with defined project management standards.
- Participate in and facilitate discussions between business owners, stakeholders, and IT specialists.
- Document project requirements, scope changes, and assumptions, ensuring comprehensive records.
- Plan, manage, and monitor risks while escalating issues that impact delivery timelines.
- Aggregate success metrics, monitor progress, and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate reporting of project risks, dependencies, and deviations across governance forums.
- Handle integration of systems during mergers and acquisitions.
- Work evenings and weekends when required to ensure timely project completion post-market hours.

- 5-7 years of technology project management experience.
- Financial services industry background, with real-time **market data** and low-latency expertise.
- Knowledge of market data environments and exchanges (NYSE, Nasdaq, BATS, etc.).
- Familiarity with computer networking topology, B2B data providers (e.g., BT and TNS), and IT/network infrastructure.
- Experience with workflow management tools (e.g., Jira) and ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in high-demand environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management.
