**We are excited to be recruiting for a Hotel Houseperson, in our Housekeeping Department at our beautiful Inn at the Forks location.**

**This is a part time position, and the hours could be days, evenings, and weekends, depending on hotel business levels.**

Inn at the Forks is a sleek and stylish hotel set in The Forks historic site with guest rooms that feature a modern design, and some suites have waterfront views. SMITH is a contemporary restaurant featuring locally sourced ingredients, and Riverstone Spa is a full-service spa, both located within the hotel.

The **Houseperson **is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of assigned general/public areas within the Hotel.

**Duties**:

- Cleaning of assigned public areas to the standard of training.
- Preparation of supplies for daily assignments.
- Proper maintenance of equipment, proper care and storage of supplies.
- Assisting other team members until all duties are complete.
- Cross training into other roles within the Housekeeping Department as needed.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Direct Hotel Cleaning experience
- Positive and hardworking attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members
- Should be able to work in a team environment and individually

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $14.15 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hotel Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
