Le DC de BESTSELLER CANADA est à la recherche d’une personne dynamique, efficace et proactive pour rejoindre la famille et commencer une nouvelle aventure Si tu es parfaitement bilingue (EN/FR) et possède environ 1-2 ans d’expérience similaire, continue ta lecture.

**Éléments clés à propos du poste.**
- Tu accueilles, aides et assistes nos visiteurs et clients afin qu’ils se sentent comme à la maison.
- Tu réponds, filtre et diriges les appels entrants, autant en anglais qu’en français.
- Tu réponds aux questions et besoins de nos visiteurs et clients ou les dirigeants vers la bonne personne.
- Tu coordonnes tous les fax, les courriels, les livraisons et les colis entrants et sortants.
- Tu t’assures que la cafétéria est en ordre et qu’il ne manque de rien, afin d’éviter que les employés manquent de caféine.
- Tu participes à la rédaction de communications internes, en anglais et en français, pour que tout le monde soit informé en même temps.
- Tu travailles sur divers projets intéressants (quelques-uns moins que d’autres mais en somme, tous très cools).

- You greet, direct, and assist our visitors and guests so they feel like they are at home.
- You answer, screen and direct incoming calls, both in English and in French.
- You answer our visitors and guests questions and needs, or direct them to someone in the organization that can.
- You coordinate incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, packages, and deliveries.
- You assist in writing internal communications, in both English and French, so everyone is informed in a timely manner.
- You work on various exciting projects (some less than others, but all in all they are pretty cool).
