**Educational Consulting Assistant**

**FULL TIME JOB**

A professional educational consulting organization in Vancouver BC Canada is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to perform administration, study tour arrangement, and student services duties.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Student Services duties as required (for example)**:

- Follow up with clients

**Administration duties as required (for example)**:

- Assist senior consultant with client orientation/intake processes and client file documentation/data entry
- Receive incoming calls and make schedules for senior consultant

**ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in English Literature or related programs from a top US or Canadian University
- Preferred ONE year working experience in providing student services demonstrating the ability of work flexibly and productively in a busy environment
- Well developed problem solving skills and the capacity to exercise initiative
- Well developed written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin, demonstrating the ability to interact with a wide range of people
- Proficiency in the use of standard business software such as Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to perform to work as part of a team and independently
- Showed willingness to travel and work on weekends occasionally

**ADDENDUM**:

- Location at Vancouver BC Canada
- Compensation: salary and bonus plus benefits including dental/vision/health insurance, and etc.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
