Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their makeup needs and inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations based on customer preferences and skin types.
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient store operations.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Professional phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or issues.

Note: This is a part-time position for MAC 3rd Key.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.85-$28.30 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 12 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- West Vancouver, BC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- West Vancouver, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
