- 2-3 years' experience in level 1 IT user support

Alteo recherche un Technicien TI pour un contrat de 12 mois basé à Montréal (Ouest de l'île).

Responsabilités:

- Assurer le support informatique de premier niveau auprès des usagers (connexion au réseau, matériel, logiciel).
- Assurer la bonne marche des copieurs-multifonctions: régler les problèmes d’installation des programmes, coordonner les entretiens et les réparations avec le fournisseur, donner une formation aux nouveaux usagers.
- Installer et configurer les appareils téléphoniques IP pour les nouveaux usagers. Régler les problèmes de premier niveau et au besoin communiquer avec le fournisseur de la téléphonie pour les problèmes plus complexes.
- Gérer les cartes d'accès : préparer les nouvelles cartes d’accès pour les nouveaux usagers, assurer la programmation des portes des immeubles et surveiller le bon fonctionnement du système. Coordonner les interventions du fournisseur pour les réparations ou services d’entretien.
- Gérer le système de clés: maintenir l’inventaire des clés, faire fabriquer des copies au besoin et mettre à jour la liste des détenteurs.
- Gérer les réservations pour les salles de réunion, assurer la programmation des lecteurs pour donner les autorisations et s’assurer que les salles sont fonctionnelles pour les usagers.
- Veiller à l’état des locaux pour ce qui est de l’entretien des lieux.

Profil:

- DEC en informatique ou équivalent
- 2-3 ans d'expérience en support TI de niveau 1 aux utilisateurs
- Connaissances en administration de réseaux informatiques
- Connaissances installation/configuration de poste de travail, copieurs-multifonctions et téléphones IP
