Who do you reckon is the most popular guy in the world next to Mickey Mouse? Santa Claus of course Especially around December, he's one of the most high-profile guys around, and he has one of the most important jobs of the year. As the most important person involved in the situation, you are always under observation, so it is critical that you stay in character whenever you are in public (in and out of the Santa Santa). Your role as Santa, combined with the beauty of the sets and the support of the other employees, creates that magical experience for each guest.

Santa Must-Haves:

- Proven experience as Santa with complete background check
- Jolly, strong listening skills, engaging personality; ability to engage in short conversations with children and adults and leave them with a magical experience
- Compassionate, patient, quick thinker
- Clean Santa costume and accessories
- Snow White beard or Designer beard
- Rosy cheeks, twinkle in his eyes, hearty "Ho,Ho,Ho"
- Punctual and prepared
- Strong work ethic - ability to stay motivated and engaged (i.e. at the end of the shift, after a long week and especially towards the end of the program).
