*Job Summary* As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of residential or commercial properties. You will ensure properties are well-maintained, tenants' needs are met, and financial goals are achieved. *Responsibilities* - Manage all aspects of assigned properties - Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally - Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed - Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards - Oversee leasing activities including marketing available units, screening applicants, and lease negotiations - Prepare and manage property budgets - Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions *Skills* - Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi - Strong administrative skills including data entry and file management - Ability to negotiate lease agreements and resolve tenant disputes effectively - Knowledge of sales techniques to attract and retain tenants - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems - Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 per week
