Job Description:
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS- Développer et maintenir les différents modèles utilisés par la trésorerie- Effectuer les prévision de trésorerie et les recommandations sur les besoins d'emprunt ou l'utilisation des surplus de trésorerie- Recommander et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour optimiser la situation financière de l'entreprise et la gestions des risques financiers- Participer aux différents financements et autres initiatives de structure de capital- Transiger les achats de devises, les swaps de devises et de taux d'intérêt- Préparer le budget des frais financiers, les prévisions de ratios bancaires et de flux de trésorerie- Évaluer la juste valeur marchande des dette et des instruments financiers dérivés- Participer à la divulgation des instruments de trésorerie dans les rapports financiers et à des présentations pour la haute direction et le conseil d'administration- Préparer les certificats de conformité auprès des diverses institutions financières prêteuses chez Cogeco- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des politiques et procédures de trésorerie et s’assurer que les contrôles de trésorerie demeurent appropriés- Participer à la gestion des plateformes électroniques bancaires et des comptes de banques- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'amélioration continue telle que l'automatisation des processus, une meilleure intégration des outils financiers et l’utilisation des technologies d’Intelligence artificielle.

FORMATION ACADÉMIQUE- Baccalauréat en administration option finance, économie ou comptabilité- CFA, CPA ou M.Sc.

EXPÉRIENCES DE TRAVAIL- Minimum 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en trésorerie ou en modélisation financière

COMPÉTENCES PARTICULIÈRES- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et familier avec les outils Office- Analyse et modélisation avec un souci du détail- Connaissance du secteur bancaire (un atout)- Rigueur, autonomie et esprit de synthèse- Favorise le travail d’équipe- Connaissance des normes comptables reliées à la trésorerie (un atout)- Bon communicateur- Bilinguisme obligatoire (anglais et français). Le/la titulaire du poste travaillera avec des parties prenantes à l’extérieur du Québec.
