We specialize in building high-quality homes with integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way, every time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Leadership: You’ll oversee and guide crews to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget.
- Experience: A strong background in residential home building and construction.
- Integrity: A no-shortcuts approach, ensuring every project meets our high standards.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick on your feet and solutions-oriented when challenges arise.
- Communication: Clear and professional with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

**Your Role**:

- Supervise and manage all aspects of the construction site.
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure plans and timelines are followed.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project flow.
- Train and mentor crew members to uphold the company's values of quality and precision.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, with a preferred 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of home building practices, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Saturdays: As needed, based on project requirements.
