fantastic Agent Services Coordinator with a blend of tactical, procedural, analytical

to evolve. The chosen individual will be a critical thinker with great
problem solving techniques

You would work at our offices in Mississauga and Oakville, Ontario. This position requires flexibility with shifts including:
Monday - Friday:

- 9:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Weekends:

- 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

As the Agent Services Supervisor's report, you will be responsible for the following tasks in detail:

- Welcoming guests & responding to telephone calls, and redirecting incoming calls appropriately.
- Maintaining general appearance of the office and ensuring that the reception area, kitchen, boardrooms, open working spaces, and office are well-organized and clean.
- Managing office listings and arranging appointments using BrokerBay.
- Creating offer & listing documents through Webforms.
- Loading and editing MLS listings on multiple boards.
- Reviewing and receiving documents using Transaction Desk
- Completing special duties or projects as assigned.
- 1 year experience in real estate administration is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional phone manner

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Real Estate Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
