The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Business Administration Major in Travel and Tourism Management Program related programs.

**PTIB Standards**:
**Credential Requirement**:

- Relevant credential plus a minimum of 2 years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction.
- No credential but a minimum of 10 years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.

**Special Credential Needed (Certification or License)**:

- MBA or Certified Travel Associate

**Specific Qualifications Needed**

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Travel and Tourism Management, or a similar title such as Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management

**Professional Experience**:

- At least 5-7 years of areas such as sales and marketing within the travel and tourism sector, development of tourism projects, or implementing sustainable practices. Expertise in market analysis, promotional strategies, and eco-friendly tourism initiatives

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Deep understanding of current trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices and the ability to implement eco-friendly initiatives.
- Skills in designing and delivering training programs for staff and stakeholders to enhance their skills and knowledge in travel and tourism management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including academic staff and industry professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Compensation**:

- This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
