**Responsibilities**:

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Follow health and safety standards for food storage and preparation.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sooke, BC V9Z 0Z5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
