**Role Overview**

The Regional Sales Manager at Tribe Property Solutions Inc. is responsible for achieving the company’s revenue and customer satisfaction goals by managing and executing our Regional sales strategy. You will be an influential voice in the planning of our strategies in the regions (either Western Canada or Eastern Canada)

We are looking for a results-driven professional that is excited about growing this role in line with the Company’s objectives We’re looking for a driven, high-energy, and talented team player with sales experience and established relationships with real estate developers in the Multi Family Construction sector.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conducting detailed Sales Analysis and Market / Industry research
- Execute the vision of the leadership team.
- Create, build and maintain a highly productive sales funnel
- Exceed sales targets and objectives for our Real Estate Developer Software and Partnership solutions.
- Prepare and present sales reports at staff meetings
- Conduct regular competitive market analyses to ensure that the company is well-positioned against competitors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and key networks within the industry
- Hunt, cold-call and search for new business and sales opportunities.
- Give killer presentations, engage the audience and know our offerings inside/out.
- Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and negotiations.
- Represent Tribe at association events like BILD GTA, UDI and others.
- Create, conduct, and execute highly productive lead generation strategies
- Adeptly communicate complex ideas and concepts to a wide audience
- Manage complex sales process using strategic selling techniques

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
- A strong relationship builder with a minimum 2 years of enterprise sales experience working with Canadian Real Estate Developers - specifically developers of multi-family and master planned communities
- 2-5 years’ experience in technology sales with special consideration for sales of products geared towards real estate
- A proven team player that fits in a goals and values-driven culture that promotes operational excellence and sustainability
- Experience with CRM software, Hubspot, and office tools including MS Office suite skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook and be able to navigate systems
- Excellent communication and superior presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a wide audience.
- Negotiation Skills
- Knowledgeable in selling to C-level executives in the Real Estate Industry a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Strategic, analytical thinker, open to continuous learning, has an adaptable, “can do” attitude
- Established network of Ontario builders and developers a bonus.
- Works collaboratively with Tribe’s marketing team in delivering successful marketing, sales and growth campaigns.

**License Required**
- Driver's License in good standing

**Compensation and Benefits**
- This is a Full-Time position with a competitive salary, un-capped commissions, and benefits.
