**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Manage a team of roofers while developing their skills and enabling their growth
- Ensure that installations are completed on schedule, with the highest level of quality
- Plan and implement schedules with Project Managers to determine crew/manpower levels and ensure proper equipment and subcontractors are available as required for the project
- Maintain company equipment, truck and trailer cleanliness and workability
- Help maintain organization in warehouse (inventory)
- Discuss day plans/progress with clients
- Conduct toolbox talks if Production Manager is unavailable
- Ensure jobsite safety and cleanliness protocol is followed

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of roofing experience
- 1+ years of experience managing a roofing crew
- Possess a valid driver’s licence and preferably own transportation.
