- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, work orders, and material usage

- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles
- Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures

**Salary**: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
