Server/shift managers will serve a section and fulfill the role of shift manager in the absence of a General Manager or Assistant General manager.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to:_
- Troubleshooting any guest issues
- Managing staff
- Taking any incoming phone calls
- Closing the restaurant
- Trouble shooting any 3rd party delivery issues
- Performing end of day cash outs
- Completing log book entries

- 1+ years hospitality experience
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Reliable and motivated professional with a passion for exceptional food, hospitality and high quality customer service
