Clinical Sales Representative

Peak’s mission is to inspire everyone to achieve their best mental fitness and end depression and anxiety. Those that have been searching for relief for years on end find it with us after just a single experience of ketamine therapy. The FDA has recently approved ketamine for depression treatment and designated other psychedelics as breakthrough treatments. We’re on the precipice of a mental health revolution - as impactful as the discovery of penicillin for the modern world.

We are in need of a Clinical Sales Representative to lead our inbound sales efforts. Many potential customers are in need of Peak’s services and hoping to understand if ketamine and Peak are right for them. That’s where you come in. You will help potential customers understand if they qualify for ketamine therapy and whether our coaching program is what they’re searching for.

You are a fit if you are comfortable sharing your own mental health journey and can empathize with customers. You leap at the idea that psychedelics are changing the world. You crave telling stories of customers’ mental health journeys. Since we are a startup, you value pragmatism, speed, and impact over structure, systems, and guidance. We need you to be self-driven, autonomous, and outcomes-driven.

Your goal is to be the go-to person for all inbound consultations about Peak’s services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to research to identify how ketamine and coaching solve customer’s problems
- Generate leads by working closely with the product and marketing teams to increase the total volume of qualified customers
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new customers for Peak services
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years in sales within a mental health setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Personal integrity

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ketamine and/or psychedelics
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills

**Compensation**:

- $13/hr base
- 3% commission on activated subscriptions
