The responsibilities of the **Vice President, Transformation Services**, include:

- Developing bespoke transformation services for large law firms as well as scaled service programs for smaller firms
- Delivering and communicating measurable improvements and efficiencies for law firm customers
- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Managing a small team of consultants and change management professionals

**About You**:
You're a fit for the role of Vice President, Transformation Services if you have the following required qualifications:

- Previous experience in both law firms and consulting organizations strongly desired
- 15+ years in senior management roles
- Proven track record of successful change management and technology implementation in professional services organizations
- Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging both internal and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of financial metrics and ability to quantify the impact of operational changes on law firm profitability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to execute all aspects of change management, from strategy development to implementation
- Strong leadership skills, capable of functioning as both a team leader and key contributor

Additional preferred qualifications include:

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $192,500 - $357,500. The base compensation range in other locations may vary.
