**Job Summary***:
The Senior BAS Systems Technician is responsible for providing start-up and commissioning, programming, site coordination and technical support for assigned projects and service.

**Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for final deliverables including fully functioning and tested building control systems
- Responsible for complete commissioning of building control system(s) including close-out
- Coordinate with related parties including customer, trades and suppliers
- Participate in new control system commissioning (Cx) and functional performance testing including meetings, reports and coordination
- Communicate with customers and other service providers and participate in the resolution of control system and HVAC system issues
- Liaison with design and installation team
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations.
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality System operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

**Qualifications**
- Trade school / Community college certificate - Building Systems Technician (HVAC&R), instrumentation or equivalent related work experience
- Five years plus work experience in the building control system industry
- Strong working knowledge of commercial and institutional building HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, primary and secondary systems
- Well developed HVAC and control system trouble-shooting skills.
- Exceptional teamwork, inter-personal and communications skills. Ability to communicate technical material to non-technical audience
- Goal oriented. Able to multi-task.
- Superior time management skills
- Superior organization skills
- Technical strength in IT networks and programming. Proficiency in coding including script, block programming, HTML, MS Excel.
- Experience in programming and commissioning DDC systems.
- Must possess valid drivers license
