Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using hand tools and carpenter's equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to understand project specifications
- Perform new home framing tasks
- Work on projects such as new home construction and multi-plex construction
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for construction projects

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter with expertise in new construction framing
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools used in carpentry work
- Ability to operate heavy equipment for construction purposes
- Knowledge of framing installations techniques
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship and commitment to safety practices and procedures

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
