Maintenance Worker

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
- Conduct repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate parts and structures as needed
- Utilize schematics and logic controllers for troubleshooting
- Welding and metalworking when necessary
- Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various systems
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Experience with logic controllers is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 30 per week
