We design and manufacture over thirty models of aluminum fish/ski/cruise boats, four deck boat models, and over forty models of pontoon boats that are distributed through over 60 Legend Dealers across Canada.

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the recreation powersports industry or automotive field.
- Exceptional attendance record, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Comprehensive understanding and a proven ability to manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
- Proficiency in assessing gross margins, staying updated on market trends, and meeting industry requirements.
- Expertise in closing deals and confidently asking for the sale.
- Strong ability to read and understand people, tailoring sales approaches accordingly.
- A genuine passion for the product being sold, providing value and building trust with customers while nurturing relationships.
- Demonstrated drive, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong work ethic to work independently, ensuring no lead or customer goes unattended, while collaborating with a sales team or other departments as needed.
- Adaptability to adjust the sales approach according to different selling seasons.
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proactive in creating sales opportunities outside of the store, networking, and engaging with the local community.

**The majority of the time in this role will be spent**:

- Greeting customers and demonstrating features and advantages of boats that properly meet the needs of the customer
- Using prospecting and follow up processes to develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Selling boat and pontoon packages, outboard engines, boat and pontoon trailers, accessories, trolling motors, fish finders and other products
- Using alternative media channels to connect with customers like social media, kijiji, marketplace, and boating forums
- Working with our marketing team to create sales content for social media like videos and blog posts
- Attending boat shows and sales events or conferences
- Ensure displays are organized, cleaned and in perfect condition
- Aiding in the service and parts sales departments during off season

**Salary**: Your annual earnings potential features a strong base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure Our Sales Consultants typically earn between 70-100k.
