about this team
As a key member of lululemon’s Brand & Community team, you are the Project Manager, who supports NA Visual Merchandising and Store Design who brings teams together and makes things happen. Reporting directly to the Manager, NA Store Design Operations, you work in partnership with assigned Brand, Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Store Development (Construction), Retail Design Innovations, and others including Openings & Optimizations, Retail Operations, and Ambassador Program partners to deliver regional store design and retail brand experience initiatives. The Project Manager, NA Store Design is a creative and innovative team leader who can deliver best in class initiatives to support business results in our stores and community.

**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
- Lead NA initiatives with cross-functional partners to completion on time and on budget.
- Own and manage accurate data attributes for NA Store Fleet for all inflight and existing stores
- Supports retail brand experience initiative ensuring smooth roll-outs within existing and new stores
- Create workback schedules, integrating a broad cross-functional delivery
- Create and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships enabling connection and efficiency throughout complex projects
- Foster Vendor Relationships (e.g. print, fabrication, install, material suppliers, signage)
- Improve Workflows by creating Processes, Roles and Responsibilities, and other resources for

qualifications
- BA or BS degree in Store Design, Development or Construction, Arts, Technology, Business, or related field is preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant project management experience required.
- Experience working with Teams, Smartsheet and other project management tools
- PMP certification a bonus
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary store development, marketing, creative teams, and diverse business stakeholders
- Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables
- You are efficient and highly effective communicator, both written and verbal
