The successful project coordinator will report to the Manager of the dept and is responsible for end-to-end coordination of each customer project, from initial design through to close out.

Job Skills:

Job duties:

- Build a high level of trust with assigned customers and act as a primary link between customers and our operations
- Manage pre-sale projects by knowing brand standards and reviewing architectural drawings
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Understand and communicate requires resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Creating sales orders
- Issuing POs (for surveys, permits, installation etc)
- Scheduling and working with a multitude of sub-contractors
- Defining project objectives/scope
- Plan and schedule with our customer’s budget in mind, all surveys/installs
- Be responsible for invoicing the customer and processing sub-contractors’ payables.
- Ensure customer onboarding process is smooth and seamless to the customer
- Manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and mitigate risks associated with project lifecycle, budget etc., by executing risk mitigation strategies
- Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders (internal and external)
- Track project costs to meet budget and ensure timely and accurate billing of completed projects
- Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution

Experience in the sign industry is a benefit but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
